CAS No. 203313-25-1 Pesticide Spirotetramat 98% Technical. Spirotetramat acts primarily through ingestion (stomach action), with contact activity as a secondary mode, and has a relatively long residual effect. Spirotetramat is currently the only insecticide with both systemic activity and bidirectional translocation. It has a unique two-way systemic translocation property and is effective against adults, larvae, nymphs, and eggs. After being absorbed through the leaves, Spirotetramat is translocated throughout the plant, including roots, stems, and leaves. Pests feeding on Spirotetramat-treated plants will die; even if adults are exposed and lay eggs, the eggs cannot hatch normally.
