Polymer Modified Adhesive for All Large-Format Tile Installations

Polymer Modified Adhesive for All Large-Format Tile Installations. C2-grade high-strength bonding: Tensile bonding strength is greater than 1.0 MPa, twice that of ordinary C1-grade, ensuring strong adhesion for large panels and stone panels. T-level strong slip resistance: Good thixotropy ensures no sliding or dripping when applied to walls, providing more stable construction for large tile wall surfaces. E-grade long open time: with a curing time of less than 30 minutes, it provides sufficient adjustment space and effectively reduces the hollow rate. Special for large tiles & stone slabs: Fits large tiles and stone slabs of 750*1500mm and larger. Low water absorption tiles can be installed without back glue. Flexible and Crack-Resistant: The flexible formula can absorb thermal expansion and contraction as well as deformation stress from the base layer, reducing cracking and peeling. aterproof, weather-resistant, and freeze-thaw resistant: After being submerged in water, heat aged, or subjected to freeze-thaw cycles, the strength remains greater than 0.5 MPa. It can be used for in. Thin-bed application saves materials and allows adjustable thickness: thin-bed can be 3`8mm, or it can also be applied as a 3`20mm thick layer, suitable for uneven base surfaces. Low Dust and Easy Construction: Low-dust formula, ready to use with water added. The toothed trowel allows for easy application, with good wet spreadability and high efficiency. friendly and non-toxic: Complies with the JC/T 547-2017 standard, emits no harmful volatiles, ensuring safe use in both residential and commercial spaces. Low comprehensive cost: strong adhesion, low hollow drum rate, and fewer repairs; long open time, fast construction, resulting in significant labor and material savings overall.
