Heiko Extrusion Gear Pump for Plastic Pipe and Film

Heiko Extrusion Gear Pump for Plastic Pipe and Film. Precise forced delivery and quantitative pressurization of plastic melt to stabilize extrusion flow output and greatly improve product dimensional consistency. Resolve unstable feeding, pressure drift and uneven product thickness caused by single extruder screw conveying. the melt pump independently meters melt to decouple extrusion feeding fluctuation from final molding quality. Adaptable to film, pipe, sheet, profile, granulation and coating extrusion lines, stabilizing continuous mass production and lowering reject rate to boost overall factory production profitability.
