Automatic Piston Filling Machine

Automatic Piston Filling Machine. Servo motor controlled piston metering delivers stable volumetric filling performance, ideal for medium-high viscosity cream and paste materials. Special shut-off nozzle structure effectively avoids dripping and material string-drawing when filling stops, keeps containers, conveyor and machine surface tidy and clean. Filling volume, filling speed and dwell time can be set and saved as recipes on touch-screen, quick parameter recall for different products and container specifications. Diving nozzles descend into containers and rise gradually with material level, effectively reduce splashing, air entrapment and bubble generation for thick cream-type products. All product-contact parts adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, easy to disassemble for full cleaning and sterilization, meets cosmetic and food hygiene standards. Supports multiple filling-head configurations. It allows fast switch-over between different jar/bottle sizes and paste formulas, suitable for both small-batch and mass production.
