Tundish Sen Submerged Entry Nozzle for Tundish Is a Critical Refractory Flow Guide Installed. Tundish Sen Submerged Entry Nozzle for tundish is a critical refractory flow guide installed at the tundish bottom and immersed below the molten steel level in the mould for continuous casting. Our zirconia nozzles feature regular shape, high concentricity, good thermal shock stability and excellent scour resistance, fully complying with the requirements for billet continuous casting. To adapt to the advancement of continuous casting technology,we have developed and put into production zirconia composite quick-change systems, which have been widely applied with satisfactory results. The core functions of the Tundish Sen Submerged Entry Nozzle include isolating air, optimizing flow field, preventing slag entrapment and controlling steel cleanliness. It is a standard component for producing high-purity steel and realizing stable continuous casting. It fully seals the molten steel stream during operation to avoid contact with air, which greatly reduces oxygen and nitrogen content in cast billets. It controls the impact depth and flow direction of molten steel, stabilizes the liquid level and reduces entrapment of protective slag. It also eliminates splashing caused by open pouring and improves working conditions. The optimized flow field facilitates the floatation and removal of non-metallic inclusions, further enhancing molten steel cleanliness.
