500 Lph Disc Stack Disc-Stack Centrifuge Machine for Seperating Bacterial Biomass

500 Lph Disc Stack Disc-Stack Centrifuge Machine for Seperating Bacterial Biomass. Extremely high separation efficiency: The disc structure exponentially expands the settling area, allowing for the separation of micron sized fine particles and difficult to separate emulsions. Large processing capacity: continuous feeding and continuous liquid discharge, with a single machine processing capacity far exceeding that of ordinary sedimentation centrifuges. High degree of automation: equipped with an automatic slag discharge mechanism, it can discharge slag without stopping the machine, achieving continuous production. Stable and reliable operation: Designed with high-speed dynamic balance, low vibration and noise, suitable for long-term continuous operation. Sealed hygiene and easy cleaning: supports sealed operation and online cleaning (CIP), meeting the hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
