Dry Dual-Purpose Electromagneticmagnet Separator for Metallurgical and Chemical Raw Materials

Dry Dual-Purpose Electromagneticmagnet Separator for Metallurgical and Chemical Raw Materials. Electromagnetic excitation strong magnetic adsorption, precise separation of iron impurities in materials, thorough and clean removal of iron. Power off automatic iron unloading, can be equipped with a belt to achieve fully automatic iron unloading, convenient and worry free operation. Suspended installation design, compact structure without occupying space, suitable for various belt conveyors. Strong magnetic field penetration, fully covering the material layer, adaptable to multiple bandwidths, and widely applicable. Effectively intercept iron impurities, protect backend equipment such as crushers and grinders, and reduce losses. Equipped with a dedicated electrical control cabinet, the DC power supply is stable and has multiple protections against overcurrent, overheating, and phase loss. Dry without water source demand, can be used normally under harsh working conditions such as dust and outdoor conditions. Integrated heat dissipation fins, air-cooled and self cooling, fast heat dissipation speed and good effect. Long term operation without demagnetization, stable performance, and long service life of equipment. Can be used with a frame type metal detector to achieve dual iron removal and more comprehensive protection.
