Industrial Grade Densified Electrical Laminated Wood for Electrical Equipment Insulation

Industrial Grade Densified Electrical Laminated Wood for Electrical Equipment Insulation. Products are available in multiple grades according to the voltage class of transformers, and we can provide cost effective solutions that meet relevant standards. The products satisfy the electrical performance requirements specified in IEC 61061 2:1992+A1:2001. Excellent insulation strength and low dielectric loss, with stable performance after long term immersion in transformer oil. Good toughness and impact resistance; it is not prone to fracture or cracking under vibration caused by transformer short circuit. Low shrinkage rate, resistant to deformation and warpage, dimension stable during long term operation and corrosion resistant against transformer oil. It is easy to cut, slot and grind, and can be processed into special shaped insulating parts such as spacers, stays, partition boards and lead clamping plates.
