Moisture Proof Polyurethane Combination Polyether Mdi for Granary Temperature Control

Moisture Proof Polyurethane Combination Polyether Mdi for Granary Temperature Control. Closed cell structure with a closed cell ratio of greater than or equal to 88 percent, uniform and stable foaming, integral closed cell insulation material. On site spray one step forming, convenient and efficient construction, no secondary splicing required. Spraying forms a seamless monolithic insulation layer without gaps, eliminating thermal bridges and leaving no insulation dead zones. Extremely low water absorption of less than 3 percent, waterproof and moisture proof, excellent impermeability resistance, resistant to water vapor erosion. Low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation performance, outstanding energy saving effect. High compressive strength from 150 to 200 kilopascals, tough texture, good dimensional stability under minus 25 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius, not prone to shrinkage or deformation. Low density with core density greater than or equal to 35 kilograms per cubic meter, lightweight, low load on building structure, suitable for various construction processes such as spraying and pouri. Excellent environmental performance: ozone depletion potential of zero (no ozone depletion), low global warming potential. Safe for storage and transportation: not classified as flammable liquid, explosive, oxidizer, corrosive, toxic or radioactive hazardous material. When used with isocyanate (PM200), fast reaction speed (cream time 2 to 3 seconds, gel time 7 to 9 seconds), improving construction efficiency.
