3lpe Coated Steel Pipe for Oil Gas Transmission

3lpe Coated Steel Pipe for Oil Gas Transmission. Three-layer composite anti-corrosion structure: the bottom layer is fused epoxy powder FBE, the middle layer is adhesive layer, and the outer layer is high-density polyethylene. The three layers are c. Super strong resistance to soil corrosion: resistant to saline and alkali, resistant to acid and alkaline, resistant to soil stress, suitable for buried long-distance pipelines, and resistant to co. Excellent impact resistance and wear resistance: The outer PE layer is strong, and it is not easy to scratch, crack, or fall off during transportation, construction, and foundation settlement, prot. The base material is optional: spiral steel pipe, seamless steel pipe, and straight seam steel pipe can all be used for 3PE anti-corrosion, with complete specifications; SGS/BV third-party testing re. Long service life: normal working conditions can reach 30-50 years, reducing the cost of maintenance and replacement in the later period. There are ordinary grades and strengthened grades, which can be selected according to the soil corrosion grade as needed. The strengthened grade is suitable for high corrosion and complex geological m. Wide temperature adaptability adapt to severe cold, high temperature and other working conditions. It has good anti-cathodic stripping performance, can be combined with cathodic protection system, double protection, suitable for oil and gas long-distance pipeline engineering. The insulation performance is excellent, effectively preventing electrochemical corrosion; The coating is smooth, which reduces the flow resistance. Widely used: oil and gas transportation, municipal gas, water supply and drainage, chemical industry, long-distance underground pipeline projects.
