Reliable Sweet Corn Harvester with New Design Features

Reliable Sweet Corn Harvester with New Design Features. The harvester adopts fresh corn header, specifically designed for ultra low damage harvesting Rubber gathering chains for gentle crop feeding. All main working components are powered by hydraulic motors, offering a simple structure, high transmission efficiency, and stable, reliable performance. The header is hydraulically driven with adjustabale rotational speed to minimise ear damage, it is also reversibel to quickly clear blockages. A large-diameter dedicated fresh corn cleaning fan has been installed in place, driven by a hydrostatic motor built into an infinite speed control system. This harvester adopts a wide-body rubber elevator design and is equipped with an ultra-wide conveyor belt and rubber belt. The standard configuration is equipped with a large grain bin with a capacity of up to 6 cubic meters. The adjustable unloading Angle of the second elevator ensures that the grain box is filled to bin. The maximum unloading height can reach 4.5 meters and it can be used in conjunction with various transport trucks for field operations. The grain box is also equipped with a one-button retraction switch as standard to reduce the operator's fatigue. The chassis is equipped with a 1000 series three-speed transmission, renowned for its stable and reliable performance. The tires have been upgraded to larger and wider specifications. Equipped with a well-known 240-horsepower six-cylinder engine. standard with a hydraulic reverse fan, can be set to automatically reverse and blow air at regular intervals to keep the radiator clean.
