Advanced Drawstring Sealing Machine for PE TPU EVA Bags

Advanced Drawstring Sealing Machine for PE TPU EVA Bags. Automatically inserts the drawstring into the designated folded edge of the finished bag, reducing repetitive manual threading work. The machine automatically folds the bag opening edge to create a suitable channel for drawstring insertion, helping maintain a neat and consistent bag structure. The drawstring positioning system helps keep the drawstring in a consistent position during processing, improving the uniformity of finished bags. After positioning, the drawstring is securely fixed through heat sealing, providing a stable and consistent fixing process. The integrated cutting device automatically cuts the drawstring after the required processing cycle, reducing additional manual operations. Designed for compatible finished bags made from PE, TPU, EVA and other heat-sealable plastic film materials, offering flexible application options. Equipped with both hand button control and foot pedal control, allowing operators to choose the most convenient operating method according to production requirements. Combines bag opening, edge folding, drawstring insertion, positioning, heat sealing and cutting into an integrated workflow, helping reduce labor requirements and improve production efficiency.
