The whole machine is controlled by the PLC and fully servo-driven, ensuring smooth coordination between all moving parts. Its exterior is constructed of high-quality stainless steel, complying with GMP standards. CIP/SIP system can be equipped as an option. The bottles are secured in position by star wheels and precisely positioned via servo motors. Adjusting the height of the filling needles is simple and quick, accomplished by rotating a handwheel to raise or lower them. The rotary stopper feeder runs continuously, and the stopper head height is adjustable for different bottle sizes. No bottle no filling and no bottle no stoppering functions. The machine comes with the whole ORABS isolation protection system and class 100 laminar flow hood protection. The machine can be customized based on client requirements.
