High-Temperature Resistant Granular Nozzle Filling Compound for Eaf Bottom. Nozzle Filling Compound for EAF bottom tap hole is a high-temperature resistant granular refractory sand, which is filled into the furnace bottom tap hole. Its surface layer undergoes slight sintering at high temperature and breaks down automatically during tapping, enabling smooth and automatic steel flow. It prevents tap hole blockage and steel leakage, and improves tapping efficiency and molten steel quality. Nozzle Filling Compound for EAF bottom tap hole is mainly used to fill and seal EBT (Eccentric Bottom Tapping) outlets. During smelting, it isolates molten steel to prevent leakage and ensures automatic tapping. It greatly reduces oxygen lancing for manual hole opening. Resistant to scouring and erosion by molten steel and slag, it protects the tap hole lining, stabilizes tapping rhythm, cuts steelmaking losses and optimizes smelting conditions.
