Glass Fiber Forming Paper for Rotary Desiccant Dehumidifier

Glass Fiber Forming Paper for Rotary Desiccant Dehumidifier. Superior Corrugating Performance:Zero-crack forming ensures consistent honeycomb channel geometry for optimal rotor airflow. Eliminate Rotor Delamination: 3x peel strength above industry baseline prevents layer separation under repeated thermal cycling. 300 degrees Celsius Continuous Heat Resistance:Less than 2% strength loss over 10,000 cycles, far exceeding 200 degrees Celsius cellulose alternatives rotor life 8 to10 years. Ready for Direct Coating:No pre-treatment needed ,load zeolite or silica gel directly, saving 1-2 production steps and 15% manufacturing cost. Roll-to-Roll Consistency:1.5g per suqare meters weight uniformity and 0.02 mm thickness tolerance guarantee predictable coating uptake every time. One Paper, All Rotor Types: Covers desiccant wheels, zeolite VOC rotors, and molecular sieve wheels-simplify your procurement. 50% More Desiccant Loading: Optimized surface micro-texture holds 50% more coating per square meters than standard fiberglass tissue, boosting rotor capacity without upsizing. Global Compliance Ready: Alkali-free E-glass, formaldehyde-free binder--meets EU REACH, US EPA, and China GB standards out of the box. 5 Million suqare meters Annual Capacity: 72-hour sample delivery, support from 500 suqare meters trials to 100,000 suqare meters annual contracts--no supply bottlenecks.
